With a degree in business education and extensive experience in neuromarketing, he revolutionized store branding internationally. Bart Ooijman took over as managing director in 2024. From 2007 to 2023, he served as Director of Store Branding Division at retail branding GmbH, and was also a columnist and speaker at international congresses and seminars. His previous roles include Senior Consultant at ShopConsult by Umdasch and Theme Manager at Karstadt Quelle. He is a specialist in seamless project management with extensive expertise in strategy, design, and business administration.

Dr. Stephan Mayer-Heinisch ist eine Schlüsselfigur der österreichischen Einzelhandelslandschaft. Er ist Präsident des Österreichischen Handelsverbandes, Unternehmensberater und Vorsitzender des österreichischen Verbandes der Einkaufszentren (ACSC).
Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann 1979 bei der Leder & Schuh AG, wo er als Geschäftsführer die Unternehmen HUMANIC, SHOE 4 YOU und DOMINICI Austria betreute und gleichzeitig für die Unternehmenskommunikation und -expansion verantwortlich war.

Reinhard verfügt über eine umfassende und vielseitige Branchenerfahrung. Als Marketingleiter bei Umdasch Shop-Concept setzte er prägende Akzente und gründete die Umdasch Shop Academy, die er erfolgreich leitete. Zudem war er Chefredakteur des Fachmagazins SHOP aktuell. Als Herausgeber bedeutender Fachwerke, darunter das „HANDBUCH LADENBAU“ und die renommierte STORE BOOK-Reihe, prägte er die Fachliteratur maßgeblich. Seine Expertise brachte er auch als Vorstandsmitglied des dlv sowie als Beirat der EuroShop ein.
